Ms Rogers – Knutton St Mary’s C of E Academy, Knutton, Newcastle-under-Lyme :
“The children were very excited to see Bjorn the Viking. They really enjoyed the hands on, interactive experience. Grinding the grain, wearing Viking clothing and playing Viking strategy games were enjoyed by our year 3 and 4 classes. They particularly enjoyed forming a shield wall and charging with their weapons! The quiz at the end of the day really showed exactly how engaged the children had been during the day and evidenced the learning that had taken place. Would definitely recommend.”
Mrs Duke, Park View Primary, Basingstoke, Hampshire
“Fantastic day. Great from the start – quite scary when we first entered the hall! … but brilliant!
Very knowledgeable and kept the children entertained and focused. Great with children with special needs too. Lots of varieties of activities and great variety of items for the children to touch, wear and feel.
The day has surpassed my expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
Definitely recommend other school to have this experience.”
